TRADING CORNER |
eoe Online’s Trading Corner is an open platform for all eoe Online members to advertise their photo-related items for sale, which works as classified ads. Members, in this case are known as “seller” and “buyer”. Sellers are solely responsible for all information submitted to eoe Online’s Trading Corner and any consequences that may result from the seller’s post. eoe Online does not edit postings, we do however, reserve the right to refuse or delete postings that we believe are inappropriate.
Please note that eoe Online holds no responsibility for any of the items sold from the Trading Corner and we do not collect payment on behalf of the seller. Trading item expires 1 month after each initial posting. After expiry, the trading item will be moved to the “expired items” section where the seller can renew or delete the item.
Though we hope that all members who advertises at the eoe Online Trading Corner will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we cannot verify the information the sellers supply or guarantee the item they offer. Nor can we assure the seller of an item that the payment he/she gets from the buyer is valid. The eoe Online Trading Corner merely provides a platform for members to advertise their items for sale.
To list an item for sale on eoe Online Trading Corner, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. You may not use the eoe Online Trading Corner to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service. eoe Online reserves the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses the website in a manner we consider inappropriate.
