ONLINE SHOPPING AND DELIVERY |
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from eoe Online website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the responsibility of consumer to file any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
Except as expressly stated herein, eoe Online makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold at eoe Online website. Except as expressly stated herein, eoe Online expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to eoe Online arising from any product sold at eoe Online website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall eoe Online, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
Order Processing
If the information you provide is not sufficient to process an order, eoe Online may contact you via email or phone for further verification of your details to assist in processing your online order. If the first approach made was not answered to, eoe Online will make a second approach and if still no response received, eoe Online reserves the right to cancel the order placed.
Stock Availability
All products are limited to supply on hand. eoe Online makes no guarantee of continued availability should an item be unexpectedly out of stock or backordered from our suppliers. If an item is not available your transaction will be refunded.
e-Print
At eoe Online, we want you to get the highest quality prints possible from your photos. We have provided a minimum recommended resolution table in the
e-Print pricing page. If the image(s) you uploaded did not meet the minimum recommended resolution, eoe Online is not liable for print outcome that may be fuzzy, washed out, or pixelated in the size you chose.
Delivery
eoe Online will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. We aim to never delay the shipment and try our best that your goods reach you on time, as indicated in the timetable. However unforeseen circumstances may occur any time that could delay the delivery. In case you have not received your goods after the normal delivery time, please give us a call. We will try to track the package or alternatively give you the tracking number and the necessary contact numbers.
Replacement and Refund
Most of the products have 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If you have received a faulty product, you can send it back to eoe Online at 15C, Jalan Chan Sow Lin, 55200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; or bring it to any of the eoe retail stores along with your proof of purchase and product warranty card. The product serial number has to match the product sold. We will help to arrange for repair or replacement, depending on the condition of your product.
There will be no return or exchange due to change of mind. Unless a product is faulty, a purchased product cannot be returned or refunded. Please choose the product carefully before you buy, as we do not exchange product due to change of mind.
Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
