By accessing, browsing or using the eoe Online website (hereinafter referred to “eoe, eoe Online, website, we, us, our, service or account”), you (hereinafter referred to as “you, your, eoe user, eoe Online user, eoe member, eoe Online member or account holder”) agree to the following terms. COMPETITIONS

eoe Online may give away prizes by random drawing on its website from time to time. Please read the official rules when there is one available.

At times eoe Online will host or co-host competitions that may or may not involve photographs or images on our website in which we ask visitors and customers for contact information (like email address) and demographic information (like post code, age, income level, etc). Personal information may be shared with competition partners.

For competitions involving submissions of photographs or images:

1. Competition is open to all eoe Online members (sometimes only to residents of Malaysia) except for the employees of eoe Online and organizers.
2. Participants may submit as many entries as you wish.
3. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
4. All submissions are non-returnable and shall remain the sole property of eoe Online; eoe Online reserves all rights to reproduce, publicize or to exhibit the submissions in any form of media whether locally or overseas without any prior notification or payment made to participants.
5. Images submitted must not be published in any media, medium or any photo competition prior to this.
6. All entries must be of participants’ original works. Usage of third party/parties creative works are prohibited, in which the entry will be automatically disqualified.
7. You are solely responsible to sought relevant permission, and authority for the models/persons/individuals involved and venue and image of props used in your submitted works.
8. In every submission, the participants hereby agree to indemnify eoe Online and the organizers from any third party monetary claims or otherwise.
9. Entries will be judged on the following criteria: subject matter, composition, creativity, originality and adherence to the theme.
10. The following technique will not be accepted: digital super imposition, composite photographs, photo montage, trick photographs, digital imaging and image manipulations.
11. All awards shall be final and binding. Any form of correspondence shall not be entertained.
12. Winners will be notified at a later date.
13. Your placement of a submission indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. Entries posted and/or votes cast (where applicable) through fake accounts, accounts violating our general terms and conditions or more than one account per person proved beyond doubt will be disqualified from the competition without prior notice.
