How do I sign up to eoe Online?
Simple! Just click on the ‘Register’ button at the top of the page, enter your details and you will be registered with us. After registration, we will send you an email, which you will need to click on a link provided to activate your account and once that’s done you are ready to rock! 

Detailed Instructions for Signing up to eoe Online
To create your eoe Online account, you need:

• Access to a computer with an Internet connection
• A valid email address
• A valid contact number
• Your identification card number

Then, just follow these steps:

1. Go to www.eoe.com.my
2. Click on the 'Register' button
3. Enter your preferred user name
4. Enter your email address
5. Enter your preferred password
6. Enter your name
7. Enter your identification card number
8. Enter your contact number
9. Enter your mobile phone number
10. Enter your address
11. Read and agree to eoe Online’s Terms and Conditions
12. Select/deselect the option on receiving Members Newsletter from eoe Online
13. Click on the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page to complete your registration.

After signing up

• After you create your eoe Online account, we will send you an email confirmation of your registration. You will need to click on the link provided in the email to activate your account
• After clicking on the link, you will be brought to a page where you can invite your friends to join you at eoe Online or skip this process and head straight to your newly created eoe Online account!

Do I need to pay to join eoe Online?
You do not need to pay! It’s FREE to join eoe Online!

How do I log in to eoe Online?
Once you've signed up with eoe Online, you can log in to your account anytime.

1. Go to www.eoe.com.my.
2. In the member login area at the left hand side of the page, enter your member ID and password you used when you created your account.
3. Click the ‘Login' button.

What if I've forgotten my password?
We'll send your password to the email address stored in your eoe Online account. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to www.eoe.com.my and click on the 'forgot password?' link.
2. Enter the email address you used to create your eoe Online account and click on 'OK'.
3. We'll immediately send you an email message with your password.
4. Check your email for the password, and then return to eoe Online and log in.

What should I do if I get an incorrect password error?
If you receive an error saying that your password is incorrect, try entering it again to make sure that you haven't mistyped it. If you've forgotten your password, click on the ‘forgot password?’ link.

How do I log out from eoe Online?
To log out of your account when you have finished using eoe Online Online, just click on 'log out' button at the top right hand side of the page. You will have to log in again when you return.
