What are the products available for sale at eoe Online?
We have a wide range of photographic products on sale at eoe Online Online, which includes digital and analogue cameras, digital camcorders, digital storage medias, color negatives, and other camera accessories. Please click on the ‘Camera Gallery’ tab at the top of the page to view more. We also offer online photo sharing and printing service.

Selecting your Product

How do I select and view a product?
You can click on the link of the relevant product category at the left hand panel under the ‘Camera Gallery’ section to view the products available under the stated category, e.g. digital cameras. When you are at the product category page, you can click on the product thumbnail to view further information.

How do I know which products are on promotion?
The products that are on promotion will have a special star tag with the relevant discount, e.g. ‘20% off’ on it. Otherwise, you can click on the ‘promotion items’ tab under the Shopping section at the top of the page to view the products that are on promotion currently.

How do I know if the product comes with any Free Gifts?
You will be able to see the free gifts that come together with the product for you when you view the specific product information or you can click on the ‘promotion items’ tab under the Shopping section at the top of the page to find out more.

I have found the product I like, how do I purchase it?
When you have found the product you want to purchase, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button that is attached to each of the product to add the product to your shopping cart. You can continue to shop for more products or click on the ‘Checkout’ button in the shopping cart to pay for your product.

What if the product I like is not available at the products page?
You can send us an email to info@eoe.com.my to check if we carry the product you are looking for. We will try our best to help you out.

Shopping cart

How do I view the items that I have already added to the shopping cart?
You will be brought to the shopping cart page whenever you add an item to the shopping cart. Otherwise, you can click on the ‘Shopping Cart’ button available at the top of the page to view the items that you have placed in your shopping cart. You can then make changes to the quantity of the item you require; add more items; or proceed to checkout to pay for your item.

Normal items added to the shopping cart will be released automatically after you have logged out from the eoe Online site or you have faced a session time out. However, please take note that promotion items added to your shopping cart will be released automatically after 30 minutes if you do not complete your transaction by then. If you wish to proceed with your shopping after that, you will need to restart again. This is to control our product inventory and to ensure the accuracy in providing the most up-to-date product information to all our customers.

How do I remove an item from the shopping cart?
If you want to remove an item, please click on the ‘remove’ icon that looks like a rubbish bin next to your item in the shopping cart. The item will then be removed from the shopping cart.

I have confirmed my items. How do I pay?
Once you have confirmed your items, click on the ‘Checkout’ button, where we will take you through an easy step-by-step payment process to pay and confirm the delivery details for your items. For more information, please refer to Payment and Delivery section.
