What is e-Print?
e-Print allows eoe Online members to upload your digital photos and get them printed easily via the eoe Online site. Once printed, the prints will be delivered to your doorstep, saving time for the more important things!
Placing your order
How do I upload my photos to e-Print?
Click on the ‘e-Print’ link under ‘Shopping’ section or any e-Print banners available in the eoe Online site and select on the upload option provided. Browse for the photos that you want to print and then click the ‘Upload’ button.
The photos are uploaded, what’s next?
You will be brought to the page where the uploaded photos are displayed in thumbnail size for your preview. Please enter the number of prints you require for the respective print size available. If the same quantity and print size is required for all the photos, you can enter the amount for the first photo and click on the ‘apply to all’ link to apply the same setting for the rest of the photos conveniently.
Once done, click on the ‘Purchase’ button and you will need to confirm the quantity and print size required. Once confirmed, please click on the ‘add to cart’ button to proceed to checkout.

Shopping cart
How do I view the prints that I have already added to the shopping cart?
You will be brought to the shopping cart page whenever you add an item to the shopping cart. Otherwise, you can click on the ‘Shopping Cart’ button available at the top of the page to view the items that you have placed in your shopping cart.
Normal items added to the shopping cart will be released automatically after you have logged out from the eoe Online site or you have faced a session time out. However, please take note that promotion items added to your shopping cart will be released automatically after 30 minutes if you do not complete your transaction by then. If you wish to proceed with your shopping after that, you will need to restart again. This is to control our product inventory and to ensure the accuracy in providing the most up-to-date product information to all our customers.
How do I remove an item from the shopping cart?
If you want to remove an item, please click on the ‘remove’ icon that looks like a rubbish bin next to your item in the shopping cart. The item will then be removed from the shopping cart.
I have confirmed my items. How do I pay?
Once you have confirmed your items, click on the ‘Checkout’ button, where we will take you through an easy step-by-step payment process to pay and confirm the delivery details for your item. For more information, please refer to Payment and Delivery section.
