What is eoe Online’s album service?
eoe Online’s album service allows you to upload your digital photos and store them in albums you created to be viewed and shared easily. You can also take eoe Online’s album service as a convenient backup option other than storing your photos only in your computer.

How much storage space do I get?
You will get 2GB of storage space for a start. If you are actively uploading photos to your album, we will gradually increase the storage space for you. Otherwise, if you are running out of storage space, you can send a request to us to increase the storage space for you.

How many albums can I create?
As many as you wish!

How do I create an album?
Once you have logged in to your account, click on ‘My Album’ tab at the top of the page and then click on the ‘Create Album’ link. You are required to enter your album name, description (optional) and tag (optional) for your album. At this stage you can also select if you prefer your album to be viewed only by yourself or can be viewed by members in your friend list too.

How do I upload photos to my album?
After you have created your album, you can click on the ‘Upload Photo’ button to start uploading your photos to the album.

What is a sub-album?
After you have created your album, there is an option for you to create a sub-album. This means you can create another album inside the main album, just like a sub-folder.

How do I create a sub-album?
There is an option for you to create a sub-album after you have created your main album. Otherwise, you can always create a sub-album at any existing albums you have already created previously. Just go to the particular album page, click on the ‘Manage Album’ drop down menu at the top right corner and click on ‘Create Sub-Album’.

How do I upload photos to my sub-album?
After you have created your sub-album, you can click on the ‘Upload Photo’ button to start uploading your photos to the sub-album.

How do I share an album with my family and friends?
At the particular album page, click on the ‘share album’ link at the top navigation section and select your preferred share option – Select From Friend List, Insert Email Address, or Import From Address Book.

What can my recipients do other than viewing the photos in the album I shared?
You can choose to allow your recipients to print photos from the album or download photos from the album you share by ticking on the option provided at the same page when you select or insert your recipient’s email address.

Can I remove the album share from people I have earlier shared my album with?
Yes, you can. If you want to remove anyone from your shared list, just click on ‘Manage Album’ drop down menu when you are at the particular album page and select ‘Edit Share List’. Select the user that you want to remove from your share list and click ‘Remove’.

How do I order for photos to be printed from an album?
When you are at the particular album page, click on the ‘print’ button at the top navigation section. Then, select the photos that you wanted to print and click ‘submit’. The next page will allow you to select the print size and quantity. Once done, you can click ‘Purchase’ to add your selected photos to your shopping cart to complete your order.

What is a Received Album?
This section displays the albums that have been shared to you by other members.

What is a Received Photo?
This section displays the photos that have been shared to you by other members.

Can I embed a slideshow of my album to be displayed at my own website/blog?
Yes, you can. When you are at the particular album page, click on the ‘Manage Album’ drop down menu and select ‘Embed Album’. You can then select the correct slideshow size and copy the script/code provided next to it into your own website/blog.

Can I download my photos after I have uploaded them to eoe Online’s album?
Yes, you can. When you are at the particular album page, click on the ‘Manage Album’ drop down menu and select ‘Download Photo’. Then, select the photos that you want to download and click ‘submit’. Please wait for a while for our system to generate the zip file and then you will be able to download your selected photos.
