TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Participating in the eoe Online 1st Anniversary 'Click to Win' Contest is entirely voluntary and no purchase is necessary.
2. Entry is open to Malaysian residents only.
3. Employees of East Ocean e-Imaging Sdn. Bhd. and members of their immediate family are not entitled to participate.
4. All entries must be submitted to the eoe Online 1st Anniversary 'Click to Win' Contest in the eoe.com.my website by the stated time.
5. eoe.com.my does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
6. By participating in the eoe Online 1st Anniversary 'Click to Win' Contest, you expressly consent for your particulars to be posted on www.eoe.com.my.
7. Entries posted through fake accounts; accounts violating our general terms and conditions; more than one account per person; or letting other people than yourself use your account proved beyond doubt will be disqualified from the contest without prior notice.
8. Entries posted through computer programs or scripts created or utilised proved beyond doubt will be disqualified from the contest without prior notice.
9. Winners will be notified by email and published on the eoe.com.my website.
10. Each participant will be restricted to one prize from the Points Accumulation category but can win more than one prize from the Instant Win category.
11. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
12. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other available prizes.
13. eoe.com.my reserves the right to provide a prize of similar value should any of the published prizes is not available.
14. All winners must claim their prizes within 30 days from the announcement date at a designated location to be advised, after which the prizes will become the property of eoe.com.my. eoe.com.my reserves the right to forfeit the winner of the prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within 30 days without prior notice.
15. All winners will be required to provide their personal details as proof to claim their prizes, which should include their's name, I.C number, address (please take note that P.O.Box is not accepted), mobile contact number and signature.
16. eoe.com.my will only use your personal details for the purposes of administering this Contest, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone else without your permission.
17. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By clicking and entering a point for the eoe Online 1st Anniversary 'Click to Win' Contest means you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
19. eoe.com.my further reserves the exclusive rights to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to you and shall become effective on such date as eoe.com.my may determine. You agree to be bound by such amendments.
20. eoe.com.my reserves the right to cancel the Contest (and any associated exhibition or event) at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of our control.
21. eoe.com.my shall not be liable of any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Contest.
