1. Participating in the ‘Guess the Christmas Presents’ Contest 1 (Members Contest) is entirely voluntary and no purchase is necessary.
2. Participating in the ‘Guess the Christmas Presents’ Contest 2 (Shoppers Contest) requires online purchase of any value from eoe Online.
3. Entry is open to Malaysian residents only.
4. Employees of East Ocean e-Imaging Sdn. Bhd. and members of their immediate family are not entitled to participate.
5. All entries must be submitted to the ‘Guess the Christmas Presents’ Contest section in the eoe.com.my website by the stated time.
6. eoe.com.my does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
7. By participating in the ‘Guess the Christmas Presents’ Contest, you expressly consent for your particulars to be posted on www.eoe.com.my.
8. Entries posted through fake accounts, accounts violating our general terms and conditions or more than one account per person proved beyond doubt will be disqualified from the contest without prior notice.
9. Winners will be notified by email and published on the eoe.com.my website.
10. Each participant will be restricted to one prize only.
11. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
12. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other available prizes.
13. eoe.com.my reserves the right to provide a prize of similar value should any of the published prizes is not available.
14. All winners must claim their prizes within 30 days from the announcement date at a designated location to be advised, after which the prizes will become the property of eoe.com.my. eoe.com.my reserves the right to forfeit the winner of the prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within 30 days without prior notice.
15. All winners will be required to provide their personal details as proof to claim their prizes, which should include their’s name, I.C number, mailing address, mobile contact number and signature.
16. eoe.com.my will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this Contest, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone else without your permission.
17. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By submitting an answer for the ‘Guess the Christmas Presents’ Contest means you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
19. eoe.com.my further reserves the exclusive rights to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to you and shall become effective on such date as eoe.com.my may determine. You agree to be bound by such amendments.
20. eoe.com.my reserves the right to cancel the Contest (and any associated exhibition or event) at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of our control.
21. eoe.com.my shall not be liable of any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Contest.
