3. You are automatically entitled to participate in this Contest once you make a purchase at eoe Online within the allocated time period for this Contest.
4. Entry is open to Malaysian residents only.
5. Employees of East Ocean e-Imaging Sdn. Bhd. and members of their immediate family are not entitled to participate.
6. Winners will be notified by email and published on the eoe.com.my website.
7. eoe.com.my does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
8. By participating in the Contest, you expressly consent for your particulars to be posted on www.eoe.com.my.
9. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
10. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other available prizes.
11. All winners must claim their prizes within 30 days from the announcement date at a designated location to be advised, after which the prizes will become the property of eoe.com.my. eoe.com.my reserves the right to forfeit the prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within 30 days without prior notice.
12. All winners will be required to provide their personal details as proof to claim their prizes, which should include your name, I.C. number, address (please take note that P.O.Box is not accepted), mobile contact number and signature.
13. eoe.com.my will only use your personal details for the purposes of administering this Contest, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone else without your permission.
14. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. eoe.com.my reserves the rights to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to you and shall become effective on such date as eoe.com.my may determine. You agree to be bound by such amendments.
