Terms and Conditions

  1. Participating in this Photo Competition is entirely voluntary and no purchase is necessary.
  2. Entry is open to Malaysian residents only.
  3. All entries must be posted to the 'Photo Competition' section in the eoe.com.my website by 11:59hrs 20 May 2009. Winners will be notified by email and published on the eoe.com.my website.
  4. All images submitted may be used by eoe.com.my without restriction and without any charge.
  5. Anybody submitting an entry which includes a photograph of any person under 18 years of age must gain approval by the parent/guardian. eoe.com.my will not be held liable for using images supplied by you.
  6. eoe.com.my does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
  7. By participating in the Photo Competition, you expressly consent for your particulars to be posted on www.eoe.com.my.
  8. Entries posted and/or votes cast through fake accounts, accounts violating our general terms and conditions or more than one account per person proved beyond doubt will be disqualified from the competition without prior notice.
  9. After the competition ends, eoe Online will carry out an audit to remove votes from multiple and fake account(s) created to increase votes for any entry(s). The winners will only be determined after the votes have been finalised.
  10. Each participant will be restricted to one prize only.
  11. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
  12. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other available prizes.
  13. All winners must claim their prizes within 30 days from the announcement date, after which the prizes will become the property of eoe.com.my. eoe.com.my reserves the right to forfeit the prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within 30 days without prior notice
  14. All winners will be required to provide their personal details as proof to claim their prizes, which should include their name, I.C number, mailing address, mobile contact number and signature.
  15. eoe.com.my will only use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone else without your permission.
  16. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. By entering photographs to the competition you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions, and that you own the copyright for all photographs submitted.
  18. eoe.com.my reserves the rights to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to you and shall become effective on such date as eoe.com.my may determine. You agree to be bound by such amendments.
  19. eoe.com.my reserves the right to cancel the competition (and any associated exhibition or event) at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of our control.
